Why Group Sessions?
Group sessions are an opportunity for the people of your organization to participate in a wellness-related experience with one another. These are led by a TaskHuman specialist and inspire team bonding and collective learning within each company. Overall, group sessions act as an “icebreaker” to TaskHuman. They familiarize employees with our international community of coaches, while also inspiring 1:1 calls on the app.
Read the ProcessYou will work directly with your Customer Support Manager (CSM) by requesting the date, time, and topic of your group session. These sessions are a minimum of 30-minutes. We suggest you book one group session per month, choosing directly from our core “menu” below. We kindly ask for a minimum of 3-weeks notice to meet the needs of your request.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a meeting invitation from TaskHuman. This will include the registration link to your upcoming session! We ask all participants to join the session by using the original registration link (and not a link that is generated when someone else registers). This way, we can accurately measure your team’s engagement metrics!
Topics
Practice a high intensity interval training (HIIT) session. HIIT training alternates short periods of intense exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance and strength. Enjoy a challenging full body workout!
Step outside of your normal rhythm & routine with cardio dance! Working out might not ever be this fun!
Release tension & increase endorphins through a guided at-home workout.
Pilates is a restorative practice of mindful movement. Pilates aims to develop the body uniformly, correct imbalanced postures, restore physical vitality, invigorate the mind, and elevate the spirit.
Bring the mind & body to expanded limits through a guided stretching practice.
Yoga means “union.” Explore the benefits of what “mind-body” connection has to offer through a yogic practice.
Our breath controls our mind. Learning to regulate our breathing helps us to become in tune with the sometimes restless chatter in our minds. Breathwork also oxygenates and gives renewed life to our cells.
Slow the mind to a place of “stillness” through a guided meditation practice.
Transition means change. And while change can be stressful, it doesn’t always have to be! Discover the possibilities for growth and transformation in times of change.
We feel empowered when we manage our time effectively. While our time is not always in our control, gain strategies to manage your schedule and ease stress to the best of your ability.
Whether we are aware of it or not, belonging is something we all seek (and deserve). Having the tools to help create safe spaces – including inclusive conversations and language – is foundational in fostering belonging. Let’s learn how.
