Throughout this leadership development experience, you will explore the following: 

  • Mastering the art of overcoming customer objections by actively listening, empathizing, and addressing their underlying concerns 
  • Identifying and breaking down silos to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive a unified approach to problem-solving 
  • Leveraging shared customer information and expertise across functions to create comprehensive and tailored solutions 
  • Rewarding teamwork and collaboration by acknowledging and celebrating successes, while encouraging a culture of support and cooperation 
  • Exhibiting collaborative leadership, inspiring others to adopt a cooperative mindset and fostering an inclusive environment for idea-sharing 
  • Developing the ability to ask powerful, open-ended questions that uncover the root causes of objections and enable tailored solutions 
  • Nurturing individual growth and development within your team by identifying strengths, passions, and areas for improvement 


The Experience

You are about to embark upon a unique experience that offers the personalized support you need to succeed. Here’s how it works: 

Step 1: Set Your Journey Goal 

It all begins with defining your goal for the journey. Research has shown that the best way to achieve your goals is to write them down, share them, and report your progress regularly. Scroll down to view more details on setting your journey goal. 

Step 2: Book A Goal Setting Call 

Once you’ve set your goal, you will discuss it in further detail in a 1:1 goal-setting session. Your coach will help you clearly define your goal, create a plan of action, and keep you accountable and motivated throughout your journey. 

Step 3: Make 1:1 Sessions

Within each section, you will have access to in-app content that offers insight into a key set of behaviors, and have unlimited access to 1:1 coaching sessions to help you take action on those insights. On a regular cadence, you’ll connect with your manager to share the actions that you have taken and the results you have seen. There will also be periodic meetings with your peers to share success stories and challenges you have encountered.  

The core of the experience is consistently meeting with your coach to help you develop strategies to support your specific goals and provide guidance and accountability throughout the journey and beyond. Lastly, we’ve curated a list of additional resources that can provide additional information to help you maximize your experience.
