1. Find Work-Life Balance

When she first started using the TaskHuman platform, Nena’s primary focus was working to establish more work-life balance. She was newly employed at her company and feeling higher-than-normal levels of stress.

She explored “some other fun things that sparked my interest that I hadn’t tried before.”

A huge benefit of having 1:1 live coaching is that the coach works with you on your unique needs. They can tailor the coaching to exactly what you need on any given day, which means you see more specific progress.

The 1:1 sessions also offer a higher level of privacy. “I feel safe and comfortable, and I’m having a lot of fun,” says Nena.

Having the platform available to Nena on her schedule has helped her get back into a routine where I’m working out or doing some kind of physical self-help and also emotional and mental self-help on almost a daily basis,” she explains.

3. Click With a Coach

With so many coaches to connect with on the platform, Nena found multiple coaches to support different areas of her well-being and bring their own unique styles and approaches.

4. Build Consistency Easily

Nena now uses the platform almost daily, scheduling her sessions ahead of time so she has an appointment for different wellness areas once a week. This includes “personal training, cardio workouts, oracle readings, so I try to do the life coaching and the physical wellness at least once a week.”

Part of what makes it easy for Nena to have daily sessions is the variety and value TaskHuman offers. 

“My inspiration is just having the opportunity for somebody to coach you and hold you accountable for the goals that you want to achieve,” she says.

“It’s [coaches] that I feel like I vibe with that – that understand what it is I’m looking for and how to help me accomplish that, and there are coaches that I’ve felt aren’t coaches that work for me, and it’s fine,” Nena says.
