  • Why it matters: Barriers and setbacks are part of the natural ebb and flow of work and life, and learning healthy ways to acknowledge and move through them will be an asset in every aspect of your life.

2. Adaptability

  • What it means: The ability to adjust to changing circumstances, conditions, or environments.
