TaskHuman Knowledge Seeker Payment Policy
As a Knowledge Seeker, you understand that the purchase of TaskHuman minutes on the TaskHuman Platform will result in charges to you (“Charges”).
Key Definitions
“TaskHuman Discovery Call” means a free seven (“7”) minute call made by a Knowledge Seeker to a Knowledge Provider under a single specified topic. The same Knowledge Seeker may connect with the same Knowledge Provider, under a different single specified topic and it will still be considered a different TaskHuman Discovery Call. Knowledge Seekers are limited to a maximum of fifteen (“15”) minutes of TaskHuman Discovery Calls with the same Knowledge Provider.
“TaskHuman Re-Engagement Call” means a subsequent call made by a Knowledge Seeker to a Knowledge Provider, following a TaskHuman Discovery Call under a single specified topic.
“TaskHuman Direct Call” means an initial call made by a Knowledge Seeker to a Knowledge Provider, which exceeds the length of a TaskHuman Discovery Call.
Modification of Payment Terms
TaskHuman reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. For any subsequent changes we make to these Payment Terms, we will post the revised Payment Terms on the TaskHuman Platform and update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of these Payment Terms or provide you notice by email.
Awareness of Purchase
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable pricing within the TaskHuman Platform and you shall be responsible for all Charges incurred under your User account regardless of your awareness of such Charges or the amounts thereof.
Refunds
All charges are non-refundable and final. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate usage of the TaskHuman Platform, any disruption to the TaskHuman Platform or Services, or any other reason whatsoever.
Limitations on Taskhuman Minutes
TaskHuman Minutes have no cash value or any other value outside of the TaskHuman Platform and are not redeemable for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, the minutes do not operate or serve as stored value facilities in any way. You may not transfer, trade, gift or otherwise exchange TaskHuman minutes.
Taskhuman Minutes Usage
TaskHuman Minutes are determined to be consumed by a Knowledge Seeker, by the actual number of minutes used during the course of a TaskHuman Re-Engagement Call or TaskHuman Direct Call. For the avoidance of doubt, time is not considered to be consumed (and therefore is not considered used) in the event that a full minute has not been consumed.
Cancellations
After requesting a re-engagement call or direct call you may cancel it through the TaskHuman Platform, at any time prior to the commencement of the TaskHuman Re-Engagement Call or TaskHuman Direct Call, without utilizing any of your TaskHuman Minutes.
Promotions and Discounts
TaskHuman may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different amounts charged for the same amount of TaskHuman minutes. You agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you.
Right to Use Funds
TaskHuman may use the proceeds of any Charges for any purpose, subject to any payment obligations it has agreed to with any third parties.
