Why Group Coaching Sessions?
Group coaching sessions are an opportunity for the people of your organization to participate in a wellness-related experience with one another. These are led by a TaskHuman specialist and inspire team bonding and collective learning within each company. Overall, group coaching sessions act as an “icebreaker” to TaskHuman. They familiarize employees with our international community of coaches, while also inspiring 1:1 calls on the app.Read the Process
You will work directly with your Customer Support Manager (CSM) by requesting the date, time, and topic of your group coaching session. These sessions are a minimum of 30-minutes. We suggest you book one group coaching session per month, choosing directly from our core “menu” below. We kindly ask for a minimum of 2-weeks notice to meet the needs of your request.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a meeting invitation from TaskHuman. This will include the registration link to your upcoming session! We ask all participants to join the session by using the original registration link (and not a link that is generated when someone else registers). This way, we can accurately measure your team’s engagement metrics!

This group session explores tools & techniques for combating hardship, including various perspectives on hardship alone. Learn how to transform challenges into triumph, even if not always easy
We have the ability to change the neural pathways of our brains, altering the way we automatically react to situations. But how? Learn tools & techniques to transform your hard-wired habits into renewed, enlivened, and activated states of being. Because you can!
Positivity is a choice, even when it doesn’t always feel that way. In this group session, explore ways to reframe your thinking to be more favorable of positive outlooks & outcomes. We can’t always control what happens to us… but we can control how we choose to respond.
When we experience anxiety, it’s as though something else has taken over and we are no longer in control. But it doesn’t have to be that way. In many ways, anxiety can be a normal human experience (and at times, even a source of motivation!). Learn tools & techniques on how to “stay in the driver’s seat” when anxiety looms.
One definition of mindfulness is to “see clearly.” Mindfulness is a tool, technique, and lifestyle approach to leading a more grounded, balanced, and purposeful life. It helps to combat stress, reduce burnout, and grow meaningful relationships. As we grow in our ability to be mindful, we expand our capacity to respond purposefully as opposed to reacting negatively in our everyday interactions.
