Desired Program Outcome:
Participants will develop skills that transform them from transactional sales people to trusted advisors.
Program Objectives:
By the end of the coaching program, participants will be able to apply advanced sales skills to position themselves as trusted advisors to their clients. This will be achieved through consistent participation in 1:1 coaching sessions and by applying learned skills as a part of their sales process. Skills learned during this program will enhance the knowledge, image, and credibility of the participants.

Sales professionals are challenged to not only manage the sales process, but also to stand out to their clients in a crowded market. This program is designed to elevate sales professionals from selling to becoming valued business partners to their clients.
